Refund policy
Returns and exchanges.
1.1 Returns shall be made in accordance with the provisions of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Purchase of Goods dated 29 June 2001. The return of goods is subject to the Order of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania No. 217 "On the Approval of the Rules for the Return and Exchange of Goods".
1.2 The Buyer must send the returned goods by registered mail. The registered consignment number must be provided to the Seller no later than 24 hours after dispatch.
1.3 The Buyer shall bear the cost of returning the returned quality or replacement goods.
1.4 If the Buyer wishes to return the item(s), the Buyer may do so within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the goods to the Buyer by informing the Seller by email, enclosing photographs or a video of the item and/or parcel describing the problem.
1.5 The returned goods must be in their original packaging, in good condition, undamaged, unused, in the same condition as when received by the Buyer, and must be in good condition in terms of their appearance (no damaged labels, no peeled protective films, etc.). When returning the product, you must provide a paper (printed) proof of purchase (copy of the order, purchase order). Custom-made items (engraved collars, pendants, etc. are non-returnable).
1.6 In the event of a return of a quality product, only the amount paid for the product shall be refunded to the Buyer. Shipping costs are not refundable.
1.7 In the event of a return of an item which is not the same as the one received, the Seller undertakes to replace the item with the correct one. In the event that the required item is not available, the Buyer shall receive a full refund (both for the item and for the actual shipping costs incurred).
1.8 Where a faulty product is returned, the Seller undertakes to replace the faulty product with an equivalent product or to refund the Buyer.
1.9 If the Buyer wishes to return the faulty product(s), the Buyer may do so within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the goods to the Buyer, by informing the Seller by email, attaching photographs or a video of the faulty product and/or parcel describing the problem.
1.10. The returned defective goods must be in their original packaging, in good condition, undamaged, unused, in the same condition as when received by the Buyer, and must be in good condition in terms of their appearance (no damaged labels, no peeled protective films, etc.). When returning the product, a paper (printed) proof of purchase must be presented.
1.11. The Seller shall have the right not to accept the Buyer's returns if the Buyer does not comply with the return procedure set out in Clauses 1.4-1.5, 1.9-1.10 of these Regulations.
1.12. If the Buyer has paid for the Goods with a gift voucher, the voucher and any additional amount paid (if any) shall be returned.
1.13. If the Buyer returns an item purchased at a discount, the amount paid for the item shall be refunded together with the applicable discount.
1.14. In accordance with Directive 97/7/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 20 May 1997 on the protection of consumers in respect of distance contracts, the Buyer does not have the right to exercise the right of withdrawal if the quality of the goods purchased has been manufactured according to the Buyer's specific instructions or is clearly tailored to the Buyer (consumer). Some of the goods you have ordered in our e-shop are manufactured according to the Buyer's special instructions, so that the ordered goods can only be returned due to defects, non-compliance with the ordering instructions or damage caused during transport.
2. Final provisions.
2.1 These Returns Policy is made in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Lithuania.
2.2 These Rules are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. Any disagreements arising out of the execution of these Rules shall be settled by negotiation. In the event of failure to reach an agreement, disagreements shall be settled in accordance with the procedure laid down by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
